X-Ray 4 Hits the Road!
We are very excited to introduce our second fully mobile computed radiography unit!
While we celebrate more than 40 years of providing a mobile radiographic service to bedridden, immobile or frail patients in the greater Auckland area, we are keeping up with the latest in radiography technology.
First there was X-Ray 3 - NZ’s 1st fully mobile computed radiography unit.
Now there is X-Ray 4 - the "new & improved" version of X-Ray 3.
With it's sleek silver design, and signwritten with a skeleton on the side, it's hard to miss!
Following almost 3 years of research and development, this new van offers huge benefits:
- The new technology allows compatability with other digital medical systems.
- Images will eventually be able to be sent directly to the reporting rooms with the push of a button and aid in faster reporting times.
- Having 3 fully operational vehicles on the road means greater efficiency and less waiting times for patients.
